Altough graduated in telecommunication and  start career as an IT programmer,  Lenny always interested in psychology and humanity. Having experience in Human Resource for more than 20 years, reminds her to become the better person who brings benefit to others.

Lenny was responsible for handling recruitment, career and talent management for more than 11 years at Sumatera Division PT Telkom and more than 8 years at one of PT Telkom subsidiary known as Telkom Property (Jakarta).

From those experiences  Lenny has been realized that as an employee we should aware for  self development and never stop learning, if we want to grow and become a successful person.

Becoming in this position so far is not an easy things for her. However, Lenny believe that setting plan, being persistent,  being confident in taking decision, get along with positive vibe friends, always ask God for guidance and believe that He will lead us to the best path, are the best experiences in reaching the goals.
