Patrick Simanjuntak is a Career Growth, Leadership & Executive Coach as well as a Consultant and Business Owner with over 25 years of corporate experience that includes 10 years serving as a Managing Director. He has been in various leading multinational and local companies in diverse industries, such as healthcare (pharmaceuticals, nutrition, med-tech), FMCG, industrial, agriculture, banking, advertising, and consulting. Patrick's areas of specialization include Strategy, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Stakeholder Management, Key Account Management, and Coaching & Performance Management.
As a certified coach (ACC from International Coaching Federation & LCPC from Loop Institute of Coaching), he is also currently an active Assessor and Mentor at IPMI Business School, a Consultant at Didik.co, and the owner of Clip & Sip (a coffee shop and eatery in Melawai, South Jakarta). Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Indonesia and an MBA from Monash Mt. Eliza Business School in Melbourne, Australia.
